Easter 2012

This Easter was unlike any other.

My fiance got bapitzed, first communion, reconciliation, and confirmation at the Easter Vigil mass.


*Out to celebrate Nick's Baptism

*Beginning of Passover at sundown- bonfire to light Easter candle

*Baptismal waters

*Being dressed in the clothing of Jesus

*Oils and seven gifts of the Holy Spirit for Confirmation

Nick,his best friend, best man & sponsor.

 It was a beautiful mass. Nick and I attended mass on Good Friday which was very beautiful as well. All the church got to kiss the cross. We as well watched the Passion of the Christ Friday evening.

Other than just being able to spend time focusing on our relationship with God, on Thursday night we went out with friends.

Friday cleaned out Nick's truck, got his moped out from the winter, and on Saturday evening before mass I got to see my parents.

We had a wonderful Easter. One that I'll never forget.
